A new organization will produce environmentally friendly packaging for retail chains already this spring. In March, a rented specialized building on the territory of  Grodnoinvest FEZ will complete renovation and install high-tech equipment, and in April it will be possible to launch the first batches of products.

The appearance of the new company in the fourth quarter of 2021 was initiated by the founders of “ServisPromPak” the largest producer of polyethylene products for product packaging in the Republic of Belarus. Since 2016, the company has been dynamically developing in the market of polyolefin products, thanks to the experienced team of professionals, consumer orientation and responsibility of the organization in ensuring the quality of products, the company successfully sells its products to the largest industrial enterprises in the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Poland.

The name of the new company, “ ServisPromPak Group”, is consonant with the “senior partner”, which has established itself in the market and is associated with high standards of product quality and reliable partnership. The company will take care of providing packaging for retail chains, taking into account all environmental regulations and requirements.

For this purpose, we opened a new company, “ServisPromPak Group” , which will be located next to our enterprise, in a neighboring facility on Radiowave, and will deal exclusively with chains. These are small bags, W-Cut bags and everything else that is required for the retail chains to work successfully and we sell to them successfully. The production volume will start with 40 tons in the beginning, and then we plan to increase it to 100 tons a month.

 Grodnoinvest FEZ in becoming a leader in Belarus due to some peculiarities of the business. The company stands out for the profitability of its products and its voluminous net income. Although the FEZ is young in its field, it will be celebrating its 20th anniversary in the coming year. Thanks to the injection of approximately one billion dollars from foreign investors, modern production has reached such a high point. About a third of this volume is located in Grodno.

The regional center is divided among forty company representatives. Foreign investors actively participate in negotiations with the FEZ and prefer this city to implement successful projects. Grodno is attracting more and more investors due to its favorable geographical location and investment climate. 

Many Grodno residents have seen the dynamic development of the Auls industrial zone where we built a modern road and a car park for heavy vehicles last year. This year we will continue developing infrastructure there, primarily because a major investment project of the Grodno Glass Factory will be launched in the area. Another driver of economic development will be a site in Svisloch, where a woodworking facility will be launched this year, and a site in Smorgon, where textile production will be built this year, will develop dynamically.
